Shipping policy

All of your orders are packed with due care and the utmost respect. We do our best to use sustainable and recyclable packaging whilst also getting your orders to you as safe as possible.
  • Shipping is kept at a flat rate to make it convenient for you. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with any relevant tracking numbers.
  • For heavier items, we may contact you to arrange additional shipping fees to account for the extra weight, this is a case by case basis.
  • Damages or loss of your order are to be taken up with the relevant shipping partner.
