Energetic Medicine

Humans are intricately connected to nature and the environment surrounding us. Modern lifestyles can often interfere with our connection to mind, body and spirit and thus energetic medicine can help restore balance and harmony in these areas.

We utilise flower essences and homeopathy to restore balance.

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicines are derived from specific plants which have proven results in healing. Herbal medicines are safe, effective and supportive for people of all ages. We formulate specific blends for you depending on your health complaint and vitality.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself. Using the healing power of nature and gentle but effective therapeutic techniques, the body, mind and emotions are supported during the healing process.
Naturopathic principles encompass finding the root cause for dysfunction in the body, treating the whole person, establishing basic health needs, supporting individuals through education and ensuring treatments are safe and tailored to the individual.

Food as Medicine

The foods we eat can either hinder or enhance our health. Nutrients are required for a variety of processes in the body, so when we are not gaining nutrients from foods we can become depleted and illness can occur. There are various ways to restore nutritional status in a tailored way, this can be via nutritional compounds, supplements or specific meal summaries.

Nutrition

Nutritionists typically work with individuals or populations to teach them more about general nutrition, food and health.

Nutritionists combine scientific evidence and understanding of how nutrients work inside the body as well as therapeutic techniques to ensure you are getting the most out of the foods you eat.

Vitality

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the body’s life forces, the energy that generally describes the function (rather than substance), is termed Qi (pronounced chee). Qi is understood to flow along 12 to 14 pathways called meridians, between and through the surface of the body (skin, fascia, muscle, bone) and its internal organs. An imbalance or disruption to this flow of energy can trigger illness.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM theory is the body is a balance of qi and blood flowing through specific channels to nourish the organs and mind. This balance can be disrupted by lifestyle, emotions, diet, pathogens, and trauma. Acupuncturists tap into the bodies natural ability to heal itself and assist you in regaining that optimal balance.
