Working in healthcare for a long time has allowed me to meet so many amazing and interesting individuals, connecting to and helping others is what gets me out of bed in the morning and what keeps me so invested in what I do! I thrive off doing the simple things in life, things such as cooking, walks outdoors, swims in the ocean, coffee with friends, reading, sewing, painting and making things with my hands.

Shifting my lens from Nursing to Naturopathy naturally occurred after my own personal health journey many years ago, I have dealt with chronic endometriosis, gut issues and depression for a long time in my teen years. It wasn’t until I found Naturopathic medicine that I really took control of my health and wellbeing and learned how to better deal with these conditions and take back my happy healthy life!

I strongly believe that having a diagnosed health condition isn’t a life sentence, it is something we can help heal or gain control over and there are always options to treat, you just have to find what works for you, and to me that is where Naturopathy can provide many beautiful options.
